Service & Maintenance

Airbag powered Scissor Lifts & Tilt units.
Only trained engineers/experienced operators of this unit should carry out maintenance.

When general maintenance is to be carried out ensure the table is in its upper most raised position, raise the maintenance bars upright (piggy backed to the outer legs), lower the table until the unit comes to rest on the maintenance bars.

The unit is now ready for general maintenance/inspection.

The only maintenance that should be necessary is general cleaning and a manual check of the safety trip bar should be carried out to ensure it is functioning O.K.

Note: This unit is virtually maintenance free other than general cleaning, but should there be any requirements for spares, then only OEM parts should be used and approved Airlift Technology trained engineers to carry out work.
