The 80mm Low profile Mini scissor lifts from Airlift can be integrated into high volume conveyor production lines. With raise and lower times of 5s, and up to 250,000 cycles between servicing, these units provide the speed and reliability required for critical operations. This ensures that recurring production line tasks are completed in a simple manner with repeatable results. (PLC)

The two standard factory models in the Mini range offer lifting capacities of 120 or 350kg, with lifting heights of 400mm or 600mm respectively. Table dimensions are 1000 by 550mm for the smaller model and 1000 by 600mm for the larger.

Their low profiles when closed, with the lack of projecting components outside their table dimensions, ensure that these products can be easily incorporated into existing conveyor line operations. These scissor lift platforms are for robust working conditions and low maintenance requirements. Operation depends only on a standard compressed air supply to operate the airbag lifting mechanism. There are no hydraulics or electrics, again reducing maintenance, simplifying installation and lowering safety risks.

All models are factory tested, CE marked and compliant with Atex and EN1570.

New Portable (23kgs) mini Airbag powered Scissor lifts.
Made from marine grade aluminium and has an elevating platform 1000 by 550mm with a SWL of 120kg. Control is via 12V battery powered compressor (BPP) At an all-up weight of 23kg (excluding power pack), this mini lift is portable.

It is operated from its power pack and has considerable potential as an on-site tool for service or installation engineers.

Precise location of wall mounted equipment can be achieved using the pushbutton height adjustment controls of the scissor lift. For high or even overhead mounting of products, the scissor lift can simply be initially lifted on to a suitable bench or stand before being loaded.
