Installation
Airbag powered Scissor Lifts & Tilt units
Connection from main air supply to unit. (Air receiver).
This unit should be connected to a clean, dry and regulated air supply:
• Minimum pressure - 4 bar, Maximum pressure - 6 bar
• Minimum flow rate - 10 CFM, Maximum flow rate - 30 CFM
From the main air supply (air receiver) an on/off connection “1/2” BSP Tee M-FF. fitting” complete with a 10mm O/D nylon pipe and 4mm O/D nylon pipe will be required.(Maximum length from unit 6m) Ensure this supply is turned to its off position.
Connect as required - 6, 8 or 10mm & “4mm” nylon pipe to bulkhead connection on Unit situated at the rear and base of unit. Ensure the on/off connection is turned to its open position.
The Unit is now available to operate for installation purposes.
Installation
Unit should now be positioned where you require it to be operated.
Raise the table by depressing the "Raise" (white) pushbutton until it is in its upper most position.
Ensure the maintenance bars are lifted upright (piggy backed to the outer legs). Lower the table onto the bars by depressing the "Lower" (red) pushbutton.
It is now safe to work underneath the unit.
The fixed end of the unit is mounted on a pivoting base plate, which is required to be bolted to the floor. Ensure the unit has been positioned in the correct location. Use M12 x 100 through bolts (not supplied) to secure unit to floor. Raise unit, lower maintenance bars.
Lower the table by depressing the "Lower" pushbutton until the unit comes to rest in its fully closed position.
The Unit is now available for operation. Follow operating instructions.
Note: Adjustment of maximum table height (if required) is done by turning the adjustable stop screws situated at the front end underside of the table top, either side and between the airbag scissor legs.
The unit is now ready to be used.
