Frequently Asked Questions


Is there a charge for delivery?
Rates for delivery vary with distance size and weight of product and will be quoted when you place your reservation. Deliveries are by courier and are normally made Monday/Friday am. Delivery charges are normally at cost plus £30 administration +VAT For large equipment, additional charges may apply and will be quoted prior to confirmation of your Order. Attempted/non-delivered calls are chargeable.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Deposits are required for all equipment hire.

What is my responsibility for equipment return?
Equipment remains on hire until returned. Security of equipment remains your responsibility until returned.

What happens if something is broken, damaged or missing?
We do charge for broken or damaged equipment. Be sure equipment is secured when not in use and protected from vandalism or loss.

Cleaning and damage repair
The Hirer will pay for required cleaning breakages and damage repair.

Lost or stolen Equipment
The Hirer agrees to insure Equipment on a full replacement basis against the risks of loss, theft and damage beyond economic repair and on demand to pay to the company full value of equipment.
